Impuls 4030
The Impuls 4030 is a compact flying optics
laser profiling machine featuring two shuttle
tables and a fully programmable Z-axis for
use with an optional rotary axis or for
processing pre-formed parts. Users can load
the optional rotary while the machine processes
flat plate or load the table while processing
pre-formed parts or tubes on the rotary
axis. Changeover can be accomplished with
minimal intervention. The Impuls 4030 processes
larger diameter tubes and pre-formed parts
than any other system and is the only machine
of its type to combine rotary and flat plate
cutting with ease.

The Impuls 6020 combines flying optics laser
profiling capabilities with a large capacity
table capable of handling sheets up to 6000
x 2000 mm (236" x 79") and 2000
kg (4409 lbs.). With a choice of 2000, 4000
or 6000 Watt laser, two shuttle tables and
a host of quick set-up features and high
processing speeds, Impuls 6020 maximizes
flexibility and productivity for your laser-cutting
operations. A unique constant beam length
system ensures consistent cutting over the
entire cutting area, at optimum speeds,
and with superior edge quality.

6530, 8030 and 12530
The Impuls 6530,
8030 and 12530 flying optics laser systems
uniquely address heavy plate fabrication
requirements with large table capacity of
3 meters which allows loading of several
3 x 1.5 meter sheets for maximum productivity
and reduced workpiece handling. The Impuls
6530 handles sheets up to 6.5 x 3 meters
(256" x 120"). The Impuls 8030
accommodates workpieces up to 8 x 3 meters
(315" x 120"). The Impuls 12530

These Impuls lasers process flat plate up
to 25 mm mild steel and provide a fully
programmable Z-axis with travel up to 280
mm for use with the rotary axis and for
processing pre-formed parts. High performance
