PPEC precision press brakes offer LVD's proven bending technology in a cost-efficient, easy-to-use design for forming applications that do not require advanced capabilities.

The press brakes are offered in a four-axis and five-axis configuration. The five-axis design is equipped with a CNC controlled crowning system, which ensures the ram and table are parallel during the bending operation. PPEC press brakes are available in capacities from 80 to 220 tons with working lengths from 2000 to 4270 mm (78" to 168").

These servo-controlled press brakes offer the ease of touch screen control programming via a 10" TFT color screen mounted on a swivel arm. Programming parameters are quickly and easily entered at the machine for more efficient operation. Programs are conveniently stored on a USB memory stick with a 64 MB capacity.

PPEC press brakes are designed to accept European-, Vertical- or US- style tooling.
